Divide the chopped hazelnuts between 2 long drink glasses. Pour over grappa and espresso. Mix vanilla ice cream with mascarpone and carefully pour on top. Bring milk with vanilla sugar to a boil and blend (or simply froth with the milk frother of the espresso machine). Pour the milk foam over it and serve sprinkled with cocoa powder.
