A simple but delicious cake recipe:
Make curd oil dough according to basic recipe, roll out thinly, cut out cookies of 8-10 cm ø, brush with melted butter to 1 cm wide edge, cover with cooled apple filling, brush edge with egg, fold over, press edge smooth, place on buttered baking sheet, brush with egg, bake at medium heat (180-200 degrees ) about 20-30 min, sprinkle with powdered sugar when cooled.
Filling: peel apples, remove core, cut into slices, stew with a little butter, juice of one lemon and sugar at low temperature until slightly soft, stir in washed, scalded, well drained raisins, cool.
