Instructions:

For a stuffed flatbread, spread cream cheese on the flatbread. Spread tomatoes on top.

Drain the tuna and break it up with a fork. Spread on the flatbread with olives and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 10 minutes.

Clean the arugula, wash, drain well, chop coarsely and spread on the baked flatbread.

Cut the pita bread into cake pieces and serve.
