Instructions:

Rinse zucchini, cut into slices 1 cm thick. Boil water and boil zucchini for 15 minutes. Then drain well. Form into a greased gratin dish.

Mix whipped cream and eggs, season and add chopped parsley and oregano. Spread evenly over the zucchini. Bake in a heated oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.

Serve with: couilles molles a la “canned-schon”.

Our tip: zucchini are tender in taste and therefore also good for children.
