A cake recipe for all foodies:

Cream soft sugar, butter, salt and juice of one lemon. Gradually fold in 4 eggs. Add 100 g of whipped cream. Mix flour and baking powder and fold in. Spread on a greased grease pan (35 x 40 cm).

Remove peel from apples, core and cut into wedges. Spread apples evenly on the dough.

Separate 2 eggs. Whip egg whites until stiff. Stir marzipan and egg yolks until smooth. Fold in 200 g whipped cream, almond kernels and custard powder, fold in snow. Spread the marzipan mixture evenly over the apples.

Bake the cake in a heated oven at 175 °C for 45 minutes.

Stir powdered sugar and liqueur until smooth. Coat the cake with the icing while it is still hot. Cool down.
