Instructions:

For the pizza buns, prepare a dough from the given ingredients, preferably by hand, and knead well for at least 5-10 minutes.

Put the dough in a bowl and let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, covered with a tea towel. Then knead again briefly and roll out the pizza dough.

Top with the indicated ingredients or as desired, roll up the dough and cut off snails/slices about 1-2 cm thick.

Place on a baking tray covered with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C convection oven for approx. 15 minutes.
