For the white bread, sift flour into a bowl. Add salt, sugar and oil. Dissolve fresh yeast in warm water and add to flour mixture.
Knead well and immediately shape into desired form. Spread yogurt on the balls/ or rolls and sprinkle with grains of choice.
Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper, place in the preheated oven and bake at 190 degrees for about 25 minutes.
