For the apple summer mix the cornmeal with the milk and add the sugar, eggs, salt, lemon zest, vanilla sugar and cinnamon.

Heat butter in a pan and pour in the mixture. Bake briefly and set aside. Spread scraped apples on the surface of the mixture, sprinkle with raisins and bake the Apfeltommerl for about 20 minutes at 150 degrees in the oven.
