For the puree:



Make puree.

Heat the fat and brown the meat. Fry the diced onions.

Peel tomatoes, cut into eighths and add.

Drain the beans and add.

Season to taste, pour into a gratin dish and cover with puree.

Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake at 200 °C for 20 minutes.
