For the chicory salad with shrimp, remove the individual leaves from the chicory cobs, wash, dry and cut into small strips.
Also cut the mustard cucumber into narrow strips. Cut off the cress leaves at the root end with scissors.
Mix everything with the crabs in a bowl.
To prepare the sauce, mix yogurt, mayonnaise, vinegar, curry and salt until smooth.
