For the tuna bread, first preheat the oven to 200°C. Cut the tuna into pieces. Mix the flour with eggs and spices in a bowl.

Let rest briefly and add tuna, baking powder and crème fraîche. Add olives if desired.

Butter a loaf pan and pour in the batter. Bake the tuna bread for 40 minutes.
