Butter, sugar, flour, deer horn salt dissolved in 1 tsp. water and spices with the mixer knot well, lastly add the washed currants. Put the dough to cool for 2 hours. Then roll out and cut out cookies (o about 4 cm). Whisk the egg yolks, brush the cookies with them, sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Place on a saved baking sheet or baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake.
