For the baked potato wedges, preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Cover the baking tray with baking foil.

Thoroughly brush the potatoes and cut lengthwise into 8 wedges. The thickest part of the wedges should not be thicker than 1.5 to maximum 2 cm. The length does not matter.

Mix the oil and spices. Use a brush to coat the potato wedges and place them on the baking foil.

Put the tray in the hot oven, the baked potato wedges are ready after about 30 to 35 minutes.
