Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Cover a large baking tray with parchment paper.
In a baking bowl, beat the egg whites with a fork until light and creamy. Turn the almond kernels in it to the other side. Mix the paprika and a little salt in a second bowl. Add 1/3 of the almond kernels and roll them in the mixture. In another bowl, mix curry powder and a little salt. Turn another third of the almond kernels in it to the other side. Sprinkle a tiny bit of salt over the almond kernels remaining in the egg white baking bowl and mix. Put all the seasoned almond kernels, separated by type, on the prepared baking tray and bake in the heated oven on the second lowest shelf at 200 degrees Celsius for about 10-12 minutes.
