For the zucchini flambé, mix ricotta with cream, spread on flambé dough. Slice zucchini, cut cocktail tomatoes in half, place both on top of ricotta-cream mixture.

Sprinkle with vegeta and goat cheese balls. Bake in the preheated oven at 250 °C for approx. 15 minutes on the lowest rack.
