For the zucchini gratin, preheat the oven to 175 degrees.
Wash the zucchini and grate finely. Squeeze as hard as possible with a potato ricer.
In a bowl, mix cheese, eggs, whipping cream, salt, pepper and dried herbs. Mix in the zucchini.
Grease the gratin dish with olive oil, add the mixture and bake the zucchini gratin on the middle shelf for 25 minutes.
