For the sauce, stir fruit vinegar with honey, mustard, water, herb salt, pepper and olive oil.

Stir in finely chopped garlic clove and dill.

Rinse zucchini and halve lengthwise or quarter if desired and cut into thin slices.

Finely dice onions, mix with sauce and season. Finely dice the feta cheese and sprinkle over the fresh food.

Our tip: It is best to use fresh herbs for a particularly good flavor!
