For the Wild Rice Mushroom Shrimp Quiche, prepare the rice according to package directions. For the base, mix the flour with baking powder and salt.

Add the fat in flakes and knead. Form a pit in the center of the dough and pour in the water, mix the dough.

Once the dough has the necessary consistency, chill for 45 minutes.

For the topping, beat an egg and knead it with the cooked rice, salt and half of the cheese. Roll out the base in a quiche dish.

Whisk second egg with milk, pepper and remaining cheese. Add shrimp and mushrooms. Spread first the rice mixture, then the shrimp-mushroom mixture on the dough and bake for about 40 minutes at 190 degrees.

Let the wild rice-mushroom-shrimp quiche cool for 15 minutes before serving.
