For the pumpkin seed guglhupf grease the guglhupfform, dust and sprinkle with the pumpkin seeds. Yolks with water, powdered sugar, vanilla and Styrian pumpkin seed oil until foamy, egg whites with granulated sugar beat to not too firm snow.

Stir 1/3 of the snow mixture into the yolk mixture, stir in flour and fold in the remaining snow. Bake the pumpkin seed cake at about 170 degrees for one hour.
