For the wheat-spelt bread, preheat the oven to 180 °C top and bottom heat. Brush the baking pan with grease and sprinkle with any grains.
Mix all dry ingredients for the bread together. Add liquid ingredients and mix for about 5 minutes.
The dough should have the consistency of a scrambled dough, so it should be relatively liquid. Pour dough into baking pan, smooth out and bake for about 70 minutes.
Immediately turn out the wheat-spelt bread and let it cool.
