Clean, rinse and drain the lettuce. Make a salad dressing with balsamic vinegar, herb salt and walnut oil. Add a dash of whipped cream to taste.
Turn the lettuce in it to the other side. Chop the walnuts, sprinkle them with cane sugar and roast them in a little bit of butter. Offer the lettuce and sprinkle the walnuts on top.
As a variation: Cut a handful of white and a handful of blue grapes in half and mix with the lettuce.
Our tip: It is best to use fresh herbs for a particularly good flavor!
