For the vegan chocolate fruit cake, preheat the oven to (circulating/hot air) 180 degrees and line a baking tray with baking paper.
In a bowl, mix the flour, cocoa, sugar, vanilla sugar, baking soda and the salt well with the wooden spoon and make a small joint in it.
In this joint add the oil, vinegar and water mixing well WITH THE SPOON until a thick mixture is formed.
Spread the mixture on the tray.
Dip the washed and cut fruit with one side in the flour (so that it does not sink into the dough during baking) and place it with the floured side on the dough mixture as desired.
Let the cake bake for 20-30 minutes (in between, always check with a skewer).
After baking, let cool and spread the jam on the cake.
Then carefully spread the warmed glaze on the cake and let it cool.
