A cake recipe for all foodies:
Mix the flour with the baking powder and vanilla. Mix the butter with the honey until creamy. Gradually add the flour mixture and the yolks to the honey-butter mixture. Let the dough rest for about half an hour with the lid closed. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Brush the baking tray with butter. Shape the dough into balls the size of small walnuts, spread evenly on the tray and bake on the middle rack for about 10 min until light golden yellow. Cool the vanilla balls on a cooling rack.
