Homemade baby food – First baby food
For the penne with tomato sauce, blanch (scald) the tomatoes. Heat the oil in a frying pan and sauté the finely chopped onions until golden. Add the diced tomatoes and continue to sauté.
Finely chop the basil leaves and season the sauce with them. If necessary, puree the tomato sauce with a hand blender.
Cook the pasta in boiling water, to which a few drops of oil have been added, until soft. Drain and serve the penne with the tomato sauce.
