For the vanilla crescents, quickly mix the flour, butter, almonds or nuts and sugar into a dough. Shape the crescents by hand. For this, form a piece of the dough into a roll, divide into pieces and shape the pieces into croissants.

Place the croissants on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake at approx. 160-180 degrees Celsius for 12-15 minutes until light brown.

Quickly roll the hot croissants in a mixture of powdered sugar and vanilla sugar.
