Instructions:

For the tomato soup, blanch the tomatoes, peel them and cut the pulp into small cubes.

Chop and sauté the onions and garlic, add vegetable stock and white wine and bring to a boil. Add tomatoes, simmer for about 10 minutes.

Season with salt, pepper and basil cut into strips.
