For sweet and sour tofu, dice the tofu. Make a marinade of tomatoes, soy sauce, honey, ginger, chili and lemon juice and put the tofu in it.
Leave to marinate for half an hour.
Heat oil in a pan and fry broccoli with cashews in it for a few minutes, add salt and pepper.
Add tofu and saute for 5 minutes. Arrange the tofu sweet and sour with broccoli and serve.
