For the toast, first mix the yeast with the salt and cold water and let it rise for about 1 hour. Then knead with the remaining ingredients to a smooth dough best with the food processor.
Knead for 10 minutes, the dough is a bit sticky. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let rise in a warm place for 2-3 hours until the dough has doubled in size.
Take it out, knead it again and form two rolls. Twist the rolls together into a spiral and place in the loaf pan, cover with plastic wrap and let rise for another hour!
Preheat the oven to 200 °C top-bottom heat. When the oven reaches the temperature turn it down to 170 °C spray the oven a few times with a sprayer and immediately put the toast in!
Bake for 35-40 minutes. Cut only when it has cooled down, otherwise it will fall apart!
