For the tiramisu, mix the Qimiq until smooth, add the mascarpone, milk, sugar and, according to taste, the amaretto. Dip the biscuits in the coffee, place a first layer close together.
Pour the cream on top, then layer the dipped biscuits again. Finish with a final layer of cream. Chill the tiramisu for 3-4 hours and sprinkle with cocoa before serving.
