Remove the peel from the cooked potatoes and cut them into slices. Add the celery and onions. Stir the remaining ingredients together and pour over the potatoes form. Mix gently.

Add some crispy fried (with a tiny bit of olive oil in a non-stick frying pan), crumbled turkey ham.
Or a little curry – for that Indian touch.
Tip: It’s best to use your favorite ham – then your dish will taste twice as good!
