Wash the herbs, shake dry and pluck the leaves.
Remove the corn cobs from the jar and drain.
Remove chopped corn from package and stir until slightly soft.
Prepare egg noodles according to package directions.
Soak rice paper sheets in lukewarm water for about 20-30 seconds, remove and wipe well.
Spread chopped corn on top, wrap the corn cobs in the egg noodles and place on top, add herbs on top.
Form rice paper into rolls.
Serve with dip of your choice.
