Strawberry Melon with Yogurt’

Instructions:

Cut the melon in half, scoop out the pulp and brush through a sieve.

Measure out an eighth of a liter of the resulting juice and mix with yogurt, honey and orange liqueur.

‘Rinse and hull the strawberries and set aside four strawberries.

Cut the rest into small cubes and mix them into the yogurt.

Soak the gelatin and mix with the strawberry yogurt, then refrigerate for about 45 min.

Whip the whipped cream and fold into the gelling cream.

Fill the melon halves with yogurt cream and put them in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Then bring the filled halves to the table ice cold and serve with the remaining strawberries.

Tip: The higher the fat content in the yogurt, the more aromatic and creamy the result!
