For the spicy onion chicken, marinate the chicken parts in chili oil for a few hours. Cut onion, garlic and chili pepper (e.g. jalapeno) into rings. Mix 250 ml cream, some water with chili salt, garlic granules and soup seasoning.
Drain meat and place in a suitable ovenproof dish and pour on top mixture. Braise at 180 degrees convection oven for about 30-40 minutes. Serve the spicy onion chicken sprinkled with chili noodles and parsley.
