A great pasta dish for any occasion:
Heat the salted water in a saucepan on the highest stove setting, add the pasta and swell on 0 for 8 -10 min.
In the meantime, peel and chop the onion and garlic. Clean the mushrooms, cut them into thin slices, dice the ham. Sauté the mushroom slices, onion, garlic and ham cubes in oil on 2 1/2 or possibly automatic heat 9-10. Pour the liquid cheese cream and heat while stirring.
Rinse the basil, toss dry, cut the leaves into tender strips and add to the sauce form.
Drain the pasta, drain well, mix with the mushroom-cheese sauce and bring to the table on the spot.
