Cut celery, carrot leek and onion into tender strips, chop parsley a little. Bring water to a boil, season with salt [1], season with nutmeg and boil the vegetable strips with the spices. Sausages [2] in it form and pull until cooked.

Serve: Bring to the table blue tips in a soup bowl with brown bread.

[1] The cooking water must be well salted, as for a soup.

[2] Important: The sausages must be cooked “in one piece”, and only separated from each other after cooking.
