For the Debrezinergröstl boil the debreziner in water and then cut into thin slices. Boil the potatoes in water until al dente then peel and cut into small cubes.

Fry the potatoes in a little oil add the debreziner and fry both until crispy. Add marjoram and season with salt and pepper.

Crack the eggs to it and fry briefly.
