First, bring the milk to a boil. Add sugar and slowly pour in semolina, stirring constantly. Bring to the boil once. Turn off the heat and cook the semolina while stirring in the residual heat.
Separate the egg and add the yolk to the semolina. Beat the egg whites with the salt until firm and fold them into the already cooled semolina.
Pour the semolina into a glass bowl, let it cool and garnish with raspberries.
