First, preheat the oven to 180 °C convection oven.
Spread a thin layer of butter on the toast and sprinkle with chili. Spread the sausage densely on it.
Cut the pickled gherkins into slices and place on top of the sausage, finish with the cheese.
Bake the toast in the preheated oven at 180 °C convection oven for about 10 minutes.
