Instructions:

For the Russian eggs, first hard boil the eggs.

Then remove the yolks from the halved eggs. Mash with oil, capers and mustard and add some more flavor with pepper & salt.

Fill the egg white halves again with the egg mixture. Place a mound of caviar on top.

Decorate Russian eggs with a dab of mayonnaise from the tube.
