Instructions:

For the rum pot with dried fruit, clean the fruit and cut into small cubes.

Layer the fruit in a glass jar or earthenware rum pot, with pieces of lemon peel and vanilla bean in between.

Pour on the rum. The fruits must be completely covered.

The dried fruits still swell, so do not choose the jar too small!

Allow the rum pot with dried fruit to infuse for at least 2 weeks.
