Put semolina, whole wheat flour, buckwheat flour, salt and tartaric baking powder in a large bowl and mix. Heat the milk in a saucepan, add the butter and let it melt. Remove the saucepan from the stove, add the eggs and honey and mix well. Add the egg milk to the flour mixture and mix well. The dough should have an almost liquid consistency. Let the dough rest for about 5 minutes. In the meantime, preheat the oven to 200 °C. Grease a loaf pan with magarine and dust with flour. Pour the dough into the pan, smooth it down and bake the bread in the oven for about 35 minutes. Turn out and cool on a wire rack.
