For the rhubarb-strawberry-banana jam, chop the fruit and mix with the remaining ingredients and let steep for 1h juice.

Puree with a blender, bring to the boil and simmer for about 4 minutes to test the jelly, skim and fill into jars, close with lids and let cool upside down.
