Hollow out the zucchini, you can cut them in half and sprinkle salt in the cavity, stand. Roast the onion in a little oil. Mix minced meat with salt, pepper, the roasted onion and garlic, parsley, a little bit of mint, egg and long grain rice. Fill this quantity into the zucchini.

Boil water and make zucchini about 20 min. in the water you can add a little bit of soup and a little bit of salt form.

Take out zucchini, keep warm. Do not pour away the cooking water!

Lemon sauce: put butter in a saucepan not too hot. Mix in flour and a little bit of salt. Pour in the cooking water to make a thick consistency. Add a small glass of Maresi. With a little bit of cooled sauce, stir egg yolk and juice of one lemon, then use it to alloy the sauce.

Pour the sauce over the zucchini before serving.

Tip: Zucchini is a type of squash and therefore low in calories, rich in vitamins and easy to digest – just the thing for a light meal!
