For the potato loaf, boil potato. Cut sausage into small pieces. Peel potato while still hot and press through a potato ricer.

Pour margarine over potato and let melt. Add sausage, flour, semolina, egg, salt, nutmeg to the mixture and mix well.

Form loaves and fry in hot oil until crispy on both sides. Arrange the potato loafs and serve.
