Instructions:

For the polenta soup, sauté onion and garlic in oil. Add polenta and fry briefly.

Deglaze with broth, add salt and simmer for 15 minutes. Sauté rosemary and tomatoes in oil and caramelize with honey.

Serve as a garnish on the polenta soup.
