For the peppers with seafood, wash the peppers, remove the seeds and cut into bite-sized pieces. Peel the onion and cut it into large pieces.
Heat the olive oil in a frying pan, press the garlic cloves and fry the bell pepper and onion pieces. When the vegetables are well fried, remove them from the pan to a plate.
Now add the seafood to the same pan and fry until cooked through. While cooking, sprinkle with a few drops of lemon juice.
Then add the fried vegetable pieces and mix well. Stir in half the bouillon cube and season with salt, pepper. Then stir in the herbs.
