Instructions:

Soup: Brown onion in hot fat, dust with flour, pour beef broth and boil with paradeis pulp and spices.Gnocchi:Beat egg, mix oatmeal, salt, pepper, parsley and melted butter, let rest for 2 hours. Using a teaspoon, place gnocchi in salted water and let sit for 10-15 minutes.

Take out the gnocchi, rinse, put them into the soup and sprinkle with parsley.
