A bean recipe for every taste:
Remove turkey leg from skin and bones, cut meat into large cubes. Heat oil in a saucepan and fry the meat heartily. Pour on clear soup, bring to the boil and simmer for 45 minutes with the lid closed.
Meanwhile, remove peel from potatoes, rinse and cut into small cubes. Chop tomatoes in a can, drain beans. Add potatoes, tomatoes and beans to meat about 15 minutes before end of cooking time. Add noodles about 10 minutes before the end of cooking time.
Add marjoram and season stew with salt, pepper + juice of one lemon. Serve with marjoram, lemon and parmesan cheese.
