Instructions:

Remove the peel from the carrots, rinse, cut into slices and cook over steam for about 10 min. Mix garlic, orange and mustard, honey, juice of one lemon, cumin, ginger and olive oil.

Mix the lukewarm carrots with the dressing and coriander.

Season with salt and pepper. Refrigerate for about 1 hour.
