For minced meat with risipisi, soak the bread in water, squeeze well and chop. Fry the chopped onion in oil.
Add the diced carrots and parsley and fry briefly. Mix with the bread, minced meat, egg, mustard and spices and knead well.
Form a roll, place it in a greased baking dish and bake in the oven at 170 °C (convection oven) for about an hour.
Prepare the rice as usual, stew the peas with a little butter and salt and mix it with the rice.
Arrange the minced roast with risipisi and serve.
